Wearable Ring & Health Services:
Note on Feature Evolution: The health ring features described in this section are under continuous development. Cloud storage/sync for health data is now available and has been notified to users through release notes and similar channels. Other capabilities, such as data export, multi-device sharing, and health report generation/sharing, will be rolled out with future versions. If new purposes, processing methods, or sharing recipients for personal information are added, we will notify you through in-app notices, release notes, pop-up prompts, and similar methods, and will seek your separate consent where required by law. The current version is subject to the features actually provided in the App.
We collect and use your personal data solely for the purposes described in this Policy:
(Purpose, method, and scope of collected personal information)
Camera Permission — Used for user-initiated log uploads and QR code scanning functionality.
Storage Permission — Used in simultaneous interpretation and meeting assistant modules to save translation records and meeting transcripts locally on your device.
Overlay Display Permission — Used to enable floating subtitle windows that can display real-time translated subtitles over third-party videos.
Approximate Location Permission (Network-based) — Used to recommend the optimal transcription and translation engine server, optimizing real-time service response speed based on cell towers and Wi-Fi networks.
Precise Location Permission (GPS-based) — Used to obtain location information from GPS, cell towers, and Wi-Fi networks to recommend optimal transcription and translation servers. Note: This may increase battery consumption.
Microphone Permission — Used for audio recording to enable voice transcription and translation features.
Installed Apps List Permission — Used during third-party login to detect whether the relevant app is installed.
Bluetooth / Nearby Devices Permission — Used to scan, connect, and sync data from wearable devices such as the health ring.
Body Sensors / Health Data Permission (Android BODY_SENSORS / iOS HealthKit) — Used to read or write health data such as heart rate, steps, and sleep between the App and the system health platform.
Background Activity Permission — Used to maintain the Bluetooth connection with the ring when the screen is off or the App is in the background, to collect continuous 24-hour data such as heart rate and sleep.
Notification Permission — Used for reminders such as inactivity alerts, abnormal heart rate alerts, sleep reminders, and goal achievement notifications.
If you are a user in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. * Contractual Necessity: To provide the Services to you (e.g., account registration). * Legitimate Interests: To improve our Services, ensure security, and for marketing purposes. * Consent: For specific features (e.g., accessing your microphone or camera). * Legal Obligation: To comply with applicable laws.
We use Cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons, pixel tags, ET Tags, and log files) to: 1. Remember your identity and preferences. 2. Ensure the security of the service. 3. Analyze usage to improve our products.

With Your Consent: We will share your information with third parties when we have your explicit consent. 2. Legal Requirements: We may share information pursuant to laws, regulations, or legal processes. 3. Affiliates: We may share necessary information with our affiliates for the purpose of providing services.
To provide high-quality AI capabilities, we may integrate third-party AI models. We only provide necessary data to these third parties, and data transmission is encrypted.
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual except with your explicit consent or in the case of merger/acquisition (where the new entity will continue to be bound by this policy).
We use industry-standard security measures (including HTTPS and SSL encryption) to protect your personal information. We have strict access controls and conduct regular security training.
Unless otherwise specified or agreed by you, text or voice content you input for AI functions is stored and processed locally on your device where possible. When cloud AI capabilities are required, data is processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the request and is not used for advertising or user profiling.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Health and physiological data is sensitive personal information, and we protect it at a stricter level than ordinary personal information: * Health data supports local storage and cloud storage/sync. Local health data is protected using device system security capabilities and necessary local encryption measures; cloud health data is protected using TLS transmission encryption, server-side encryption, access controls, least privilege, log auditing, retention periods, and deletion mechanisms; * The Bluetooth communication link between the ring and the phone uses encrypted transmission; * Without your separate consent, we will not use health data for research, commercial analysis, insurance assessment, insurance underwriting, medical diagnosis, or clinical research, nor will we share, sell, or provide it to third-party medical institutions, insurance companies, employers, or data brokers; * Cloud health data will be retained while your account remains active. When you actively delete health data, disable cloud sync, or cancel your account, we will delete the corresponding cloud health data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations; * Where applicable, we will comply with privacy laws and regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA regarding health, fitness, or general wellness data, and protect your rights to access, correct, delete, export, withdraw consent, and restrict processing. * For EEA/UK users: Health data constitutes a "special category of personal data" under the GDPR. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9), which you may withdraw at any time.
You have the right to: 1. Access, Correct, or Delete your personal information. 2. Withdraw Consent: You can change your permission settings or withdraw consent for data collection. 3. Cancel Account: You can delete your account, after which we will delete or anonymize your data.
Deleting Health Data: You can delete locally stored health data by unpairing the health ring, clearing the app's data in your device system settings, or uninstalling the App. To further delete related data generated during our processing, you may contact us using the details in Section 11, and we will handle the request after verifying your identity.
Exporting Health Data: We will gradually provide a health data export capability in future versions. The launch timing is subject to the App's actual release announcements.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights: * Right to Know: You may request details about the categories of personal information we have collected, sources, and purposes. * Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. * Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell your personal information. * Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
