YoAI services (including the YoAI website, YoAI web version, YoAI App, PC client, and related products, hereinafter collectively referred to as "YoAI" or "this Product") are provided by Shenzhen Weiyin Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We understand the importance of personal information to you and are committed to protecting the privacy and security of users (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") who use this Product.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, as well as your rights regarding your personal information.

Please read this Policy carefully before using this Product. By using this Product, you confirm that you have fully understood and agreed to this Policy.

2. Definitions

  1. YoAI Product and Services: Refers to services provided by Shenzhen Weiyin Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to translation, voice transcription, meeting summaries, AI assistant, copywriting, and image creation.
  2. Personal Information: Refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information.
  3. De-identification: The process of processing personal information so that it cannot identify a specific individual without the aid of additional information.
  4. Anonymization: The process of processing personal information so that the specific individual cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored.
  5. Health Data / Physiological Data: Information related to your physiology and health that is measured, estimated, or manually entered through a wearable device, including but not limited to heart rate, estimated blood pressure, blood oxygen, body temperature, sleep duration and stages, activity (steps/distance/calories), stress index, HRV (heart rate variability), and menstrual cycle. Health Data is considered sensitive personal information.
  6. Wearable Device: Terminal hardware devices used together with this Product, such as smart rings, bands, and watches.
  7. Pairing and Sync: The process of connecting a wearable device to this Product via short-range communication such as Bluetooth and exchanging data.

3. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We collect information to provide better services to you.

3.1 Security and Operation

To ensure the security of your account and system, we may collect your device information (such as IMEI, AndroidID, OAID, IDFA, hardware serial number, MAC address), device model, and operating system version.

    Note on Feature Evolution: The health ring features described in this section are under continuous development. Cloud storage/sync for health data is now available and has been notified to users through release notes and similar channels. Other capabilities, such as data export, multi-device sharing, and health report generation/sharing, will be rolled out with future versions. If new purposes, processing methods, or sharing recipients for personal information are added, we will notify you through in-app notices, release notes, pop-up prompts, and similar methods, and will seek your separate consent where required by law. The current version is subject to the features actually provided in the App.

If you are a user in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. * Contractual Necessity: To provide the Services to you (e.g., account registration). * Legitimate Interests: To improve our Services, ensure security, and for marketing purposes. * Consent: For specific features (e.g., accessing your microphone or camera). * Legal Obligation: To comply with applicable laws.

4. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use Cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons, pixel tags, ET Tags, and log files) to: 1. Remember your identity and preferences. 2. Ensure the security of the service. 3. Analyze usage to improve our products.

Most browsers allow you to clear cookies. If you do so, some features relying on cookies may not function properly.

5. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Information

5.1 Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases: 1. With Your Consent: We will share your information with third parties when we have your explicit consent. 2. Legal Requirements: We may share information pursuant to laws, regulations, or legal processes. 3. Affiliates: We may share necessary information with our affiliates for the purpose of providing services.

5.2 Third-Party Service Providers (AI Models)

To provide high-quality AI capabilities, we may integrate third-party AI models. We only provide necessary data to these third parties, and data transmission is encrypted.

5.3 Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual except with your explicit consent or in the case of merger/acquisition (where the new entity will continue to be bound by this policy).

6. Data Security and Retention

6.1 Security Measures

We use industry-standard security measures (including HTTPS and SSL encryption) to protect your personal information. We have strict access controls and conduct regular security training.

6.2 AI Data Local Processing Commitment

Unless otherwise specified or agreed by you, text or voice content you input for AI functions is stored and processed locally on your device where possible. When cloud AI capabilities are required, data is processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the request and is not used for advertising or user profiling.

6.3 Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6.4 Health Data Special Protection

Health and physiological data is sensitive personal information, and we protect it at a stricter level than ordinary personal information: * Health data supports local storage and cloud storage/sync. Local health data is protected using device system security capabilities and necessary local encryption measures; cloud health data is protected using TLS transmission encryption, server-side encryption, access controls, least privilege, log auditing, retention periods, and deletion mechanisms; * The Bluetooth communication link between the ring and the phone uses encrypted transmission; * Without your separate consent, we will not use health data for research, commercial analysis, insurance assessment, insurance underwriting, medical diagnosis, or clinical research, nor will we share, sell, or provide it to third-party medical institutions, insurance companies, employers, or data brokers; * Cloud health data will be retained while your account remains active. When you actively delete health data, disable cloud sync, or cancel your account, we will delete the corresponding cloud health data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations; * Where applicable, we will comply with privacy laws and regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA regarding health, fitness, or general wellness data, and protect your rights to access, correct, delete, export, withdraw consent, and restrict processing. * For EEA/UK users: Health data constitutes a "special category of personal data" under the GDPR. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9), which you may withdraw at any time.

7. Your Rights

7.1 General Rights

You have the right to: 1. Access, Correct, or Delete your personal information. 2. Withdraw Consent: You can change your permission settings or withdraw consent for data collection. 3. Cancel Account: You can delete your account, after which we will delete or anonymize your data.

Deleting Health Data: You can delete locally stored health data by unpairing the health ring, clearing the app's data in your device system settings, or uninstalling the App. To further delete related data generated during our processing, you may contact us using the details in Section 11, and we will handle the request after verifying your identity.

Exporting Health Data: We will gradually provide a health data export capability in future versions. The launch timing is subject to the App's actual release announcements.

7.2 Information for Residents of California (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights: * Right to Know: You may request details about the categories of personal information we have collected, sources, and purposes. * Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. * Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell your personal information. * Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are generally intended for users aged 18 and older. * Age 13-18: Users between the ages of 13 and 18 may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. * Under 13: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately. * Wearable Devices: We do not recommend prolonged wear of the health ring by minors under 14, and the health monitoring features are not designed for them.

9. International Data Transfers

We operate globally. Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country. We have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Policy, including implementing standard contractual clauses or relying on service providers' adequacy decisions where applicable.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Policy on this page or through other appropriate communication channels.
